Our Founder. Our Leader.

Victor Kennedy was born in 1973 in Luton. He was the youngest of two brothers, the other one being Fabian Kennedy. He grew up with a keen interest in football and regularly attended his local club's games, Luton Town FC. He owned a season ticket with a reserved seat but it is said that strangely no one sat either side of him when he attended alone.

When he was 21, Victor joined a local 'sleuth' club which would investigate urban legends and myths, and visit Luton and Bedfordshire's haunted locations.

Victor was caught up in a fan incident at Luton Town FC in 1998, where he sustained a fractured hip and broken arm. Since then he has always carried a cane as seen in all LINDA branding. He also donated to the club in 2007 when they were in financial difficulty.

Victor had the idea for LINDA as far back as 2006, but could not gain such finances to start up the organisation, and so instead he attempted to join the Welsh amateur investigators Torchwood. When this failed, Victor returned to a relatively normal life, working part-time in his local WHSmith Stores.

In Autumn 2017, Victor met an investigator from London, Elton Pope, and over time, after gaining interest from members wanting to join, plus together using their income, they officially opened the first LINDA base in Maccateer Street on 2nd January 2019.

The organisation was a huge success and rapidly grew. Further branches were soon established in Wales and Scotland, run by his other two brothers who each lived there.

Victor was involved in a false death scandal in late January 2019, only a few weeks after launching LINDA, when he went to visit his uncle, Alaxander, in Glasgow to assist in preparations for the launch of LINDA Scotland. An operation at the time had gone haywire and Victor was mistakenly identified as the victim of a suicide in the area. His supposed death shocked LINDA and he also left a will and plan that explained what to do if he died, which was found by LINDA members who hadn't known about it beforehand. Police Scotland later confirmed it was mistaken identity and Victor had actually gone into hiding in Wembley, London until the police investigation was closed and Victor was safe. He returned to his LINDA role in February 2019.

Victor began a relationship with Bliss Henderson, a fellow LINDA member, soon after launching in January 2019. She is 15 years younger than him. Victor proposed in late February and married Bliss on the 24th May 2019 in London.

In July 2019 Victor and Bliss moved to a large new home in Putnoe, Bedford.

In December 2019, LINDA was approached by an undisclosed government entity which scrutinised its operation and legal behaviour. LINDA began entering a shut down process and absorption into this government entity in the new year, however the decision was overturned in April 2020 after discussions and persuasion by Victor. LINDA was then freshly restarted in May 2020.
