LINDA Senior Members
All members at LINDA are given a membership level when they join which recognises the level of authority, clearance and ability they may have. Members may be promoted at any time by their base leader with approval from Victor Kennedy. Levels are numbered from 1 as the lowest to 5 as the highest. Here are our high ranking members which form LINDA's senior team:
Level 5 Members
Victor Kennedy - Founder, Co Leader, Director and Chairman
Victor is the founder, main director, co leader and chairman of LINDA.

Louie Stuart Simpson - Co Leader and Director
Louie was one of the first to join LINDA. He leads the media, promotion and branding for LINDA. He was given joint leadership of LINDA with Victor and Harrison soon after its establishment. Whilst regularly attending the Maccateer and Ealing bases, he also maintains the online and social media side of LINDA. Louie met Victor at a pub in London in late 2018 and discussed supporting him form LINDA. Victor describes Louie as "a talented, supportive and irreplaceable member who was a founding figure of the organisation".
Harrison Crowsley - Co Leader and Director
Harrison was the an early member of LINDA and supports Louie and Victor in co-leading and promoting the organisation. He also met Victor at the pub with Louie and was immediately interested in helping Victor setup his life-long dream. After a departure in November 2019, Harrison returned to LINDA when it was reformed in May 2020. Victor describes Harrison as "a dedicated, humorous and loving member who has always been there for us since the beginning".
Clive Finch - Co Leader and Director
Clive joined LINDA in late 2019 after pursuing a hobby in investigative and paranormal work for many years. He approached LINDA and Victor soon recognised his talents. He has recently been appointed onto the senior team and given level 5 membership. Victor describes Clive as "one of the most multi-talented members we have and an invaluable person in our community".
Level 4 Members
Elton Pope - LINDA United Kingdom Base Leader - Ealing
Elton Pope has known Victor closely for many years and joined LINDA straight away when founded. He was a senior member from the start and has recently taken on the management of the Ealing base in West London with his wife Ursula.
Colin Skinner - Head of LINDA Ireland
Colin joined LINDA early on and after demonstrating his passion and thorough investigative work, was promoted to run the Dublin base in Ireland with his wife Bridget after they got married. He also assists with the band where he plays the drums. Colin still frequently visits England too.
Alaxander Kennedy - LINDA United Kingdom Base Leader - Glasgow
Alaxander is Victor’s uncle and they have shared a close bond since youth. He is a part-time member and runs the smaller Glasgow base.
Bliss Henderson-Kennedy - LINDA Admin & Finance Manager and Head of Band
Bliss is Victor’s wife and manages the administrative and financial side of LINDA. She is also an excellent musician and founded the LINDA Band “Musical LINDA”. She developed a close relationship with Victor in the early days of LINDA and they married not long after.
Fabian Kennedy - LINDA United Kingdom Base Leader - Cardiff
Fabian is Victor’s brother and although he didn’t share the same passion for detective work that Victor had in his younger years, soon took upon the interest when he lived with Victor briefly in the early 2000s. It was of course an easy decision for Victor as to who to appoint to run his second opened base. Fabian continues to live in Cardiff and often visits the London bases too.
Ursula Blake - LINDA Senior Member
Ursula developed a keen interest in LINDA when she met Elton Pope on an investigative website. She accepted his offer to meet and when joined, Victor approved her as a senior member. Her and Elton developed a relationship soon after and they are now married and oversee the London bases as senior members.
